Tom Cruise will not be spending the Thanksgiving holiday with little Suri Cruise as he has always done in the past.
The Nov. 21 Christian Post reports that newly divorced Katie Holmes shared her Thanksgiving plans in a recent interview on "Live! With Kelly and Michael, and it was clear that Tom Cruise would not be involved.

Tom Cruise Misses Suri, but Still Hasn’t Seen Her for Months
On Nov. 20 ShowBizSpy.com reported that Tom Cruise cries at night because he misses Suri so much.
On Nov. 21, ndtv.com carried a similar report.
If these reports are true, then why didn’t Tom Cruise arrange to see during the Thanksgiving holiday?

The last time Tom Cruise saw his daughter in person was in August when he and Suri spent a week together at Disney World.
Tom has had frequent phone contact with Suri since then, but has not seen her in person, even though his custody agreement with Katie Holmes grants him generous visitation rights.
Are Tom’s Scientology Beliefs Keeping Him Away?
Many people feel that Tom Cruise is no longer spending time with Suri because of his Scientology beliefs. See article entitled, “Suri’s Religiously Neutral School Should Appeal to Scientologist Dad Tom Cruise.”
People who are knowledgeable about Scientology say that Tom Cruise is forbidden to see Suri because she and her mother Katie Holmes, are no longer a part of the sect.
The Church of Scientology has allegedly labeled Katie Holmes and Suri as “suppressive persons” and as such, they are now off limits to Tom.
In view of the lame excuses given by Tom Cruise’s rep as to why Tom hasn’t seen Suri in well over 100 days, it’s the only explanation that seems to make sense.
Tom’s Excuse for Not Seeing Suri
When Tom Cruise filed his $50 million lawsuit against two tabloids for claiming that he had abandoned his little girl, an explanation was given for why Tom hadn’t seen Suri in 13 weeks. See article entitled, “Tom Cruise Lawsuit Directs Undue Attention to His 13-Week Absence from Suri.”
The excuse was that Tom had a busy schedule and would be filming a movie in London for the next few months.
In view of the circumstances, it’s hard to accept this as a valid excuse.
As for Tom’s location – he’s in London - not some remote corner of the world.
With a net worth of 250 million dollars, Tom Cruise can certainly afford to buy a first class plane ticket or charter a private plane to fly to New York and spend time with his daughter – if that’s what he really wanted to do.
And as for Tom Cruise’s schedule being too busy to allow him to see Suri right now – it’s highly unlikely that he’s shooting movies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Tom obviously has enough down time to spend on activities of his choice, because he has been frequently photographed at clubs and restaurants in the company of friends.
He has also attended high-profile Scientology events.
If Tom Cruise has time in his schedule for these pursuits, but can’t find time to visit his daughter, it says a lot about where his priorities lie.
Instead of suing tabloids for claiming he abandoned Suri or crying himself to sleep at night because he hasn’t seen her in so long, why not just hop on a plane and pay Suri a visit?
Actions speak louder than tears, lawsuits or words.

As Katie Holmes awakes in her Tom Cruise free apartment, she’ll no doubt be giving thanks for that Church of $cientology stamped marriage contract now sitting, ripped into tiny pieces, in her father lawyer Martin Holmes Snr’s office filing cabinet marked: Things we don’t talk about.
But where is Tom Thumb on this wondrous day? Well, he sure as sh-t ain’t with Suri.
If I was a detective, I’d be wondering about that child’s official paternity and at this point question why he hasn’t been awarded another PR-friendly trip to Disneyland with her recently? Did something happen during the last trip? … He didn’t take her out of state to California from New York without permission and get his visiting rights revoked, did he?
Noooo. ‘Can’t have. Not possible. Nah ah.
In jollier news, for the first time in seven years – Katie’s off to the Holmes family home in Ohio to mark the anniversary of the weekend that she “married” Tom on in Rome in November 2006. (That marriage wasn’t technically legal, but when his people were questioned, they muttered something about them filing legal papers in the state of California before they left for Italy).
She told Live! With Kelly and Michael that she won’t be working today on her play Dead Accounts: ‘We have Thursday off, so I’m going to have a chance to go home with my family.
‘My sister makes a really good sausage stuffing and my mom makes a great turkey.’And, she’s also revealed that the clearly booze-free family will go for a three mile run after lunch (they used to do this every Sunday when Katie was growing up).
‘Many years ago, my dad started this tradition where we all do this run in the local park,’ she told Jimmy Fallon.
‘It’s a three mile run called the Turkey Trot. There’s even a prize, which I haven’t won yet. But it’s really fun.’
Well after living with Tom and his $cientology goons for so long, watching paint dry would be fun so long as they weren’t all sitting there intently watching her.

Suri Cruise is spending Thanksgiving in the UK with her father Tom Cruise.
The six-year-old has been living in New York with her mother Katie Holmes since her parents divorced earlier this year and hasn’t seen her dad since July as he has been filming All You Need Is Kill in London, but reportedly flew to the UK capital to spend the holiday with him.

Suri is understood to have left New York on Tuesday to see Tom, 50.

Katie Holmes left New York to fly to her hometown in Ohio on Thursday morning for her first Thanksgiving as a single mother.
The 33-year-old was not accompanied by her six-year-old daughter Suri as she checked in at LaGuardia airport.

She was whisked through the busy terminal by an airport attendant as she prepared to board the flight alone.
Suri is reported to have left New York on Tuesday to spend Thanksgiving in the UK with her father Tom Cruise, 50.
The Mission Impossible star is filming his new movie All You Need Is Kill in England and has not been pictured with his youngest daughter in more than three months.
It is unclear if Tom's two older children Bella and Connor will spend the holiday with the actor.

Today marks Katie's first Thanksgiving away from her child following her divorce from Cruise earlier this year.
