Good question: “Hey Gerry, what’s the deal with you and Nancy Many and CAST?”
Victims of Scientology’s Sea Org operation are being referred to the Coalition to Abolish Slavery and Trafficking (CAST) in LA for legal and social service help. I contacted the referring person Nancy Many because I meet the criteria and need legal help, and other offered social services. She asked me a prepared set of screening questions and cleared me for CAST’s help.
Caroline and I then did some checking around and discovered a number of connections between Scientology, including OSA personnel, and CAST and its execs. Major CAST funding was arranged by Diane Watson, a Scientologist and US Representative from California’s 33rd District. I alerted Ms. Many and posted what we were finding to Scientology-related forums. Ms. Many’s e-mail exchange with me ended in a threat that I take seriously, and consequently I will be making our correspondence public.
Because ex-SO people are being referred to CAST as human trafficking victims, this matter relates to the Headley v. Scientology human trafficking case that was just dismissed on summary judgment in US Federal District Court in LA.

Much of the information Caroline and I discovered up to a point we’ve posted in this thread on Operation Clambake: http://ocmb.xenu.net/ocmb/viewtopic.php?t=32760
There are discussions on Why We Protest and Ex-Scientologist Message Board that contain the same basic information plus some attacks and some support:

Caroline and I have continued to gather information on this situation, all of which adds up to something fishy and scary. There’s an effort, which includes people who should know better, to discount the Scientology – CAST connections and their implications, to dispense with this as wild speculation, dispense with me as a wild speculator, keep the referral line going. It hasn’t been properly understood that I am the client and so far the only identified victim in this situation.
We’re making these videos to present further evidence we’ve assembled, and to answer various questions that people have asked or respond to certain charges. We urge people to do their own research, and if they have a question for me to ask. If it’s a good question, I’ll answer.

If Only Suri Cruise Was Really Launching Her Own Fashion Line For Kids
The Sun says that international fashion icon Suri Cruise has signed (or scribbled) a $2.3 million deal to start her own fashion line for children calledSuri. Since this is coming from The Sun, then the chances of this happening are about as slim as the chances of Tommy Girl twirling out of the Scientology closet and becoming a spokesperson for GLAAD and the head pharmaceutical rep for the makers of Prozac. But I wish this was made of organic truthiness.
The Sun says that Suri's fashion line will hit New York department stores first and if toddlers with their own credit cards buy it all up, the plan is put the line into department stores across the country. Some source (aka The Sun's intern who was forced to come into the office on a bank holiday) said, “Suri is only seven but she is incredibly interested in clothes. She has been through a very difficult year and adapted amazingly to her new life in New York, including the upheaval of starting normal school. This is a nice hobby for her, it’s certainly not going to take over her life. Most girls dream of being able to make their own clothes, this just means her drawings will now become a reality. It’ll be interesting to see how it pans out, there’s nothing around quite like it.”
The world really, really does need a Suri Cruise fashion line. Suri has probably stopped trying to help Katie Holmes, because that homely, raggedy thing is a lost cause (see pictures of Katie Holmes looking like a homely, raggedy thing last month), but maybe she can help others be a more fashionable them. There are so many toddlers out there looking a damn mess. You don't know how many times I see a toddler out there in sweats, t-shirts, sneakers and normal kid clothes that every normal kid should wear and think to myself, "How could they crawl out of the house looking like that?"
So we really do need Suri to teach the children of the world how to dress. The Sun's article is fiction, but hopefully it turns into fact and Suri puts out a line of $500 kitten heels and daddy & me matching skinny jeans (in the same size!).
Meanwhile, Blue Ivy Carter is down in her studio, drooling out sketches of one-of-a-kind couture gowns for toddlers of the half percent. Making off-the-rack clothes for kids is so GAUCHE!
Press Release: Three Ex-Narconon Patients and Staff Slam Scientology
Last nights' AxXiom for Liberty radio show slammed Scientology's cult drug rehab, Narconon, from several directions. Former Narconon Arrowhead president, Lucas Catton released a statement for show host Howard Houchen to read.
Well known for Hubbard's 'Fair Game' Policy, Scientology created a website recently, attacking Catton following his Narconon expose on NBC Rock Center.
By David Edgar Love
Lucas Catton's statement to AxXiom for Liberty:
"A large portion of staff at Narconon Arrowhead truly believe they are doing good things and are unaware of the level of Scientology indoctrination they are involved in. This would include their current drug education presentations provided by Niko Bain. Despite the good intentions of some of these individuals, the fact still remains that they are forwarding the aims of Scientology by participating in the organization and are therefore being deceptive and fraudulent on a daily basis."
The amount of L. Ron Hubbard information used in Narconon drug education lectures are used for the purpose of spreading Hubbard's words and more subtle indoctrination to his writings."
Show hosts Kaye Beach and Howard Houchen are adamant about keeping Scientology's Narconon out of Oklahoma schools because the information they teach is deceptive and false.
Last night's show was in response to a Narconon speaker going into an Oklahoma school attended by his young son who told his dad "Guess what, Narconon was in our school today…"
Guests David Love and Colin Henderson slammed Narconon for being a cult indoctrination tool to help fill Scientology coffers and indoctrinate young, innocent school children.
Narconon speakers teach young children that ALL drugs are bad, including physician prescribed drugs for mental illness. Equally disturbing is the indoctrination into Scientology founder, L. Ron Hubbard's 'Tone Scale' taught to children in schools.
"Hubbard devised the "Tone Scale" in 1951 as a tool for auditors in Scientology. Scientologists believe it intends to classify people in a range or scale according to how spiritually alive and how dead a person is, both personally and in their relationships to others … persons at tone level 1.5 (chronic anger) are said to be prone to arthritis, people at tone level 1.1 (covert hostility) are said to be inclined to sexual perversity and homosexuality.
When people can't be raised above 2.0 on the 'Tone Scale', Hubbard states: "The other is to dispose of them quietly and without sorrow. Adders are safe bedmates compared to people on the lower bands of the tone scale."
The show concluded with hosts and guests vowing to seek appropriate avenues to have Narconon banned from all Oklahoma schools - as countless districts have done across North America.

Narconon Arrowhead uses drug education primarily for PR purposes - to get letters of support from schools and make friends throughout the state. They almost always provide the presentations to schools for free. This would include their current drug education presentations provided by Niko Bain.
