THE SCION'S VERY OWN JABBA THE HUT TRIES TO REMAIN RELEVANT

Posted on 4:16 PM by Unknown

Kirstie Alley Hates Abilify

Scientologists don't believe in anti-depressants, because when they want to get happy, they fuck themselves in the butt with an e-meter can while humming the theme to Close Encounters of a Third Kind. So it's not exactly surprising that Kirstie Alley is throwing ten balls of hate at the anti-depressant Abilify for using cartoons in their commercials. The Jabba the Hutt of Scientology spent yesterday and today ranting on Twitter about how Abilify is targeting children by using cartoons. Kirstie may not have a PhD in pharmacology, but she has a PhD in batshit lunacy, so she definitely knows what she's talking about. Here's the truth according to Dr. Kirstie:
So Kirstie is hating on a pill that claims to help with depression and yet she's the member of a "religion" that claims to cure gayness? Oh, Kirstie, never stop being you. This bitch needs some Abilify. And you know, I think I'd rather suffer from dizziness and have trouble swallowing (I can't believe I just typed that, my social life is ruined) than be a Scientologist. So Kirstie, you stay worshipping an alien god and we'll stay pilled up.

She's typically seen dressed down, but even Katie Holmes pulled out her Sunday best to celebrate Easter in New York City.
The 34-year-old actress was seen in a bright magenta maxi skirt as she stepped out of her black SUV to head to brunch with her adorable daughter Suri Cruise.
Covering up for the brisk East Coast weather, Katie teamed the vibrant piece with a structured navy blazer, detailed with round gold buttons, and an over-sized blue scarf.

On her feet, she chose a feminine pair of taupe pointed pumps, jazzed up with a chunky brown heel and peachy nude bow in the front.
In her hands, the brunette actress carried a large black pocketbook and pink travel tote that appeared to be full with goodies to go.
Her hair was parted to the side, sweeping past her face into a low ponytail, as her eyes stayed concealed with large round sunglasses.

Suri meanwhile wore a feminine white dress with a beaded top and and full tulle princess style skirt.
Under her charcoal coat, the six-year-old paired her fancy frock with a baby pink button-down cardigan and matching hair ribbon.
Even her socks showed her girly side, lined with lace and tucked into her sparkling silver flats.

Similar to her mother, Suri's flats were decorated with bows above the toes, and the youngster looked like she was eager to eat, gaining momentum to race into the restaurant.
But the mother-daughter duo weren't the only ones celebrating the Christian holiday.
The daughter of Tom Cruise brought her stuffed animal friend along in the form of a fluffy grey giraffe.

Fitting in perfectly with her company, Suri's sidekick wore a red dress and bundled up with a grey jacket
Katie was previously practicing the religion of Scientology but officially returned to the Catholic faith following her split from Tom, registering as a parishioner at the Church or St. Francis Xavier in New York City about a year ago.
Arriving prepared: Katie carried a big black handbag and additional pink tote along for the day outing

INTERESTING TOMMY GIRL TIDBIT

Posted on 9:24 PM by Unknown

Bronson Pinchot On Tommy Girl (And Others)

Bronson Pinchot (aka Balki from Perfect Strangers) must have been sipping on the finest wine cooler and toking on some serious shit during his interview with The Onion's A.V. Club, because he was feeling mighty comfortable. There was no leash on Bronson's mouth.
You just want to curl up besides him with your bong, and let him whisper about how Bette Midler was such a cunt to her director or how Mischa Barton explodes into a typhoon of tears when you make fun of her ass. Good shit. But the best part of the interview is the picture Bronson paints of the maniacal gay troll known as Tommy Girl.
Bronson worked with Tommy on Risky Business, and said that not only was he as boring as a broken vibrator, but he also made awkward and random homophobic comments all the time. Hmm...I wonder why.
Bronson said, "We thought Tom [Cruise] was the biggest bore on the face of the Earth. He was tense and made constant, constant unrelated homophobic comments, like, 'You want some ice cream, in case there are no gay people there?' I mean, his lingo was larded with the most… There was no basis for it. It was like, 'It’s a nice day, I’m glad there are no gay people standing here.' Very, very strange. Years and years later when people started to torment him with that, I used to think 'God, that’s really fitting, because he tormented a lot of people as a 20-year-old.' He made such a big deal about it. Same thing with Eddie Murphy—I remember somebody calling and saying, 'You’ll never guess who was just caught with a transvestite!' [Laughs.] And I remember thinking that seemed fitting, because there are certain people in showbiz who make it an agenda, every third sentence has to have something knocking that life choice, and you think, 'What are you doing?'"
GOLD COVERED GOLD! "You want some ice cream, in case there are no gay people there?" is the funniest thing that has ever come out of Tommy Girl's mouth! Homealien could headline the Queens of Comedy if he continued to say shit like that. But I'm sure Tommy Girl no longer makes such comments since the aliens cured him of his asshole's thirst for hard dick. Right.
And who does Bronson think is the most unpleasant human being on earth? No, it's not Tommy. Bronson said that working with Denzel Washington on Courage Under Fire was complete torture, "He’s one of the most unpleasant human beings I’ve ever met in my life, but he’s this mega-superstar. He was really abusive to me and everybody on that movie, and his official explanation was that his character didn’t like me, but it was a dreadful experience. I spent my salary on time with my shrink just for helping me get through it, and what that led to was the very next big movie that I did. I should have said to the producers, 'You get that guy in line, or I’m out of here.' Life’s too short."
Read the rest of the interview at The A.V. Club. Bronson should really put these stories into song and take this shit to Broadway.

He first stole the hearts of women 30 years ago in his role as Joel Goodson in Risky Business.
Now, at age 50, Tom Cruise is still capturing the attention of countless ladies.
His star power was made evident as he exited his hotel in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on Saturday and stepped into a crowd of fans.

The Top Gun star has had plenty of experience handling flurries of people with grace, though, and gave his adoring admirers a warm smile.
Still looking as young and full of life as he did in films such as Cocktail and Jerry Maguire, Tom dazzled the Brazilian devotees with his sharp, buzzed hair, classic aviator sunglasses and an all-American outfit.
He wore a light grey, crew-neck sweater over a white T-shirt and opted for khaki trousers and brown boots.

Tom was in Brazil to promote his new film Oblivion, which is a science fiction movie based on the Radical Comics novel of the same name.
He stars as Jack Harper, a former Marine commander who works on post-apocalyptic Earth as a drone repairman.
The film is set 60 years after and alien attack destroyed half the planet, forcing humans to live in a station off the planet.

The twist comes in when Morgan Freeman’s Malcolm Beech tells Harper he’s been lied to and he ends up joining their cause.
The IMAX film, due for release on April 12, also stars Olga Kurylenko, Andrea Riseborough, Melissa Leo, Zoe Bell and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau.

You've goatee be kidding! John Travolta reveals bizarre mini beard and full head of hair at boutique opening

Watch out Flash Gordon: John Travolta showed off his Ming The Merciless goatee at a boutique launch in New York
And why not, for it provided the perfect accompaniment to the luxurious slicked back locks he was suddenly sporting.
John was looking as dapper as ever in a silky purple suit jacket and black trousers, though he lost a few style points for adopting the current trend of going tieless.
But for this fashion faux pas, John was looking almost as good as ever as he hawked watches for the luxury Breitling brand.

He even kept a small horde of fans amused with some of his trademark one-liners as he gave a speech in front of a miniature aeroplane.
Breitling has been making watches since 1884 and is known for their precision-made, fully Swiss-made timepieces, especially in the aviation industry.
Thew latter makes John the perfect spokesman, for he has been a certified pilot with more than 40 years of flying experience.

Katie Holmes' kids will be sitting pretty - when she has them, that is. The Dawson's Creek darling and ex-wife of Tom Cruise dished on her plans for more kids in the most recent issue of Allure, telling the magazine she is "open" to giving 6-year-old daughter Suri a sibling one day.

Katie Holmes' kids, however many there may turn out to be, will likely be brought up in the sophisticated and luxurious surroundings of The Chelsea Mercantile, where Holmes signed a lease last year following her sudden divorce from Tom Cruise.

Katie Holmes' kids will be steeped in famous company. The stunning building has had its share of celebrity residents over the years. In 2010, Lance Bass purchased a 1,300-square-foot condo in the Mercantile. Marc Jacobs rented a three-bedroom pad there in 2009, and Nick Jonas later rented the same apartment.

Considering Katie Holmes' daughter Suri Cruise's penchant for high-fashion and glamour, it's a good thing Holmes found an apartment luxurious enough to keep the young princess in style. Will all of Katie Holmes' kids be as devoted to the high life?

The Mercantile was built in 1907, and most of its 354 apartments feature huge picture windows, 11-foot high ceilings, walk-in closets and hardwood floors. The building has a 10,000-square-foot landscaped roof deck, a fitness center, valet services, a child's play room (perfect for Katie Holmes' kids) and an on-site Whole Foods. A 1,531-square-foot two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in The Mercantile is listed for $2,525 million on Trulia - and that's one of the least-expensive units in the building.
Katie Holmes' neighbor Christopher Hyland gave the NY Daily News a tour of his own glamorous pad in The Mercantile in 2012. Hyland's apartment, which he put on the market for a hot $23 million, was a 4,000-square-foot, 12-room luxury extravaganza decorated with Mapplethorpe photographs and busts from ancient Greece and Rome.

Hyland expressed his support for Katie Holmes' and her kids during the tumultuous days of the divorce and her transition period, when many feared that Holmes' break from Tom Cruise's world of Scientology would be a serious challenge. "This is a very brave little girl to go up against a powerful religion," said Hyland. "She has friends in the building who will help her any way they can."
Katie Holmes' kids will be able to enjoy a relatively low-key life in the celebrity-friendly building, by the sounds of it. "So many celebrities come and go from this building that at first I didn't think anything of it," Hyland says. After all the scrutiny she experienced during her relationship with Tom Cruise, going unnoticed probably suited her just fine. And Katie Holmes' kids will definitely benefit from a little sanctuary.

It seems Katie Holmes' kids are destined to be raised as New Yorkers. Before The Mercantile and before her divorce from Tom Cruise, Holmes was living in a Greenwich Village apartment she bought with the famous actor and Scientologist for $15 million.

It's said to be the most magical place on earth, and judging from Suri Cruise's reaction that certainly seemed to be the case for her at Disney World on Thursday.
Katie Holmes' daughter couldn't hide her delight as she sat next to her mum and grandparents during the special Electric Parade where she got to watch the Disney characters come out to entertain.
Suri even channelled her own Disney princess as she dressed up as princess Jasmine from Aladdin.

And obviously being treated to the max the six-year-old also wore a pink Disney hoodie over the top.

Cruise was treated to the parade during the family's last day at Disney World's Magic Kingdom Park in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.
But it wasn't the only excitement she was treated to as they started their adventure by going on Autopia Racers, where they practiced their car racing skills around a track.
They then went to the special Disney store to pick out Suri's cute princess outfit.

They then rounded off their day with a dinner at Cinderella's Royal Table in Cinderella's Castle, before letting their dinner go down and jumping on some more rides.
But it seems it was the finale at the Electric Parade which completed the magical trip for the six-year-old.

What's Wrong With the Simon Wiesenthal Center Honoring Tom Cruise?

There has been a bit of a fuss about the recent announcement that the Simon Wiesenthal Center, Museum of Tolerance plans to honor Tom Cruise with its prestigious Humanitarian Award.

It is a very controversial decision.  I suspect that the Simon Wiesenthal Center had no idea it would be quite so controversial when they made the decision.

I don't think they fully understand what is wrong with that decision.

It isn't about Tom Cruise.  I don't know Cruise personally, and I certainly don't have any information about what he has done to warrant such an honor as a humanitarian.  Maybe he has done some amazing things that we don't know about.  I'd give him the benefit of the doubt on that.

The fact that Tom Cruise used to be the celebrity face of the Church of Scientology was not, and should not be, a factor in that decision.  After all, the museum has "tolerance" in their name -- and tolerance is a very, very good thing.

The above are not reasons why this award is a bad idea.

The problem with this award is how the Church of Scientology will use this award.  They will trumpet this award as if it means that the Simon Wiesenthal Center:
  • approves of Scientology,
  • endorses Scientology,
  • validates Scientology's claims that they are a "humanitarian group" and
  • confirms that Scientology supports Human Rights.
Of course none of those claims are true, but the Church of Scientology will spin the news of the award for exactly that purpose.  That's what they do.

And that's what's wrong here.  Even if the Simon Wiesenthal Center asks the Church of Scientology to not do that, they will anyway.  Scientologists do not believe that requests by non-Scientologists are binding on them.  They will do whatever they please.

The Church of Scientology is NOT a humanitarian group by any stretch of imagination.  It is arguable that the church is the biggest violator of Human Rights in the United States.  See my article Scientology and the Declaration of Human Rights.

The Church of Scientology does NOT contribute to any humanitarian efforts anywhere in the world.  Individual Scientologists certainly may, and I do recognize and honor that, but the Church of Scientology itself does not contribute anything.  See my article The Church of Scientology Loves Disasters.  This is an excellent example of how the church exploits the good work of others to polish their own image -- exactly as they will with this award.

But worst of all, in relation to this award, is how the Church of Scientology frames the Holocaust in relation to their own dogma.  I don't think the Simon Wiesenthal Center wants to have any association with Scientology because of their beliefs in this area.

The Church of Scientology redefines and exploits the Holocaust to forward their personal vendetta against the psychiatric profession -- they blame psychiatrists, and only psychiatrists, for the Holocaust.  Professor Deborah Lipstadt has termed this "soft-core" Holocaust denial -- although I'd use harsher terms to describe such crass exploitation.  Professor Lipstadt's writings on the church are here.

Second, and by far the worst, L. Ron Hubbard's dogma states that anything that happens to a person is their fault and only their fault.  This is called the "overt-motivator sequence".

The following are direct quotes from Hubbard's Dianetics and Scientology Technical Dictionary.
OVERT ACT
an intentionally committed harmful act committed in an effort to resolve a problem.
MOTIVATOR
an overt act against oneself by another. In other words, a motivator is a harmful action performed by somebody else against oneself.
OVERT-MOTIVATOR SEQUENCE
if a fellow does an overt, he will then believe he's got to have a motivator or that he has had a motivator.
Hubbard teaches that one cannot be harmed in any way by any action unless one has first committed a similar "overt" against someone else.  To put it simply, one cannot be harmed by a punch unless one has first punched another.  This is in the context that we have all lived thousands of lives and such overts may have been committed in some previous life.

Thus, in Scientology belief, all harm that happens to you is completely and totally your fault, you "pulled it in" because of your priorovert.

If you are paying attention then you will understand what this means in relation to the Holocaust.  According to Scientology, all the victims of the Holocaust were guilty of overts and it was all their fault that this atrocity happened.  Yes, this is straight Scientology dogma.

Understand that this is not some "fringe" belief of Scientology that can be changed or discarded, this is a fundamental teaching of L. Ron Hubbard.  These concepts are core, unchangeable beliefs of Scientology.

I think it's wonderful that the Simon Wiesenthal Center demonstrates tolerance towards Scientology, but I really don't think they want to directly associate themselves with the Church of Scientology in any way.
