Just a few weeks after pulling the plug on her two year relationship with Ryan Seacrest, Julianne Hough has already taken aim at another hot Hollywood A-lister and it’s none other than Tom Cruise. The young starlet considers working on the set of Rock of Ages with him to be one of the best times in her life and truly believes that they shared serious chemistry, in spite of both being attached at the time.
According to the April 15th edition of National Enquirer Julianne has been pouring over scripts lately, not looking for the next perfect role for herself, but trying to guess which project Tom will latch onto next. She also has asked her writer friend to craft the perfect project to reunite her on camera with Tom.
Off-camera Julianne thinks that given the opportunity she and Tom could easily be the next power couple. She has bragged about the lap dance that she gave Tom for Rock of Ages. It was deemed too sexy to include in the film and she purposely really sexed it up to show Tom exactly what he was missing out on.
She also wouldn’t have a problem with Scientology. Jules was raised Mormon and is used to adhering to strict rules and in the past she has praised Tom’s devotion to his beliefs. She would love to look into Scientology and learn for herself what it is that brings so much peace to Tom’s life.
Tom does like his women young, but Julianne isn’t typically his type. He seems to like his women tall and with dark hair. Do you think the chemistry that she thought she felt was movie set magic that wouldn’t exist in real life? Is it a one-sided crush or could she be the kind of woman that Tom would actually gravitate towards?

Tom Cruise Aliens: Why Does The Scientologist Think He Will Meet Aliens When He Travels To Space? [VIDEO, PHOTOS & REPORT]
By Noelle Chehab April 5, 2013 5:09 PM EDT
Tom Cruise's alien expertise goes beyond his role in Oblivion, the star's upcoming film about an alien invasion. Not only does the Scientologist believe that there is life on other planets, but he wants to travel to space to meet the aliens himself.

At a press event for Oblivion's Moscow premiere, Cruise was asked if he would be interested in going to space. "Who wouldn't want to do something like that?" Cruise told The Sun UK.
"I'm going to let a couple of other people test it out first but it would be great. I was hoping when I was a kid that we would be traveling to different planets by now," he told the paper.
In the sci-fi film, Cruise plays a character whose mission is to extract Earth's resources following an alien invasion. Perhaps it was his interest in extraterrestrial life that made Cruise take on the role.
Suri Cruise's dad is a well-known Scientologist, which is a religion based off of the premise of alien life. The church believes that 75 million years ago, the dictator of the 'Galactic Confederacy', named Xenu, had to resolve the issue of an overpopulated planet.
According to the church, the intergalactic conundrum led Xenu to send billions of frozen souls to bases of volcanoes on Earth. Once they erupted, the souls merged with human bodies, but the emotional issues that ensued required a process called auditing in order for humans to find happiness.
Cruise is a firm believer of the Scientology theories, so it is no surprise that he finds the idea of alien life to be so plausible.
"I don't think you can actually count it out," Cruise said in reference to alien existence. "It might be a little arrogant to think we were the only ones in all the galaxies throughout the universe - but I've never met one!"
Cruise is apparently serious about his interest in visiting space and meeting aliens.
Reports have said that the 50-year-old War of the Worlds star has already paid $200,000 for Virgin Galactic's two-hour mission. Adding to his space preparations, Cruise once flew a Space Shuttle simulator at Nasa's Houston space center.
Tom Cruises's alien flick hits theaters on April 19.

The Ojai estate actor Larry Hagman dubbed “Heaven” has been sold to a nonprofit Scientology group.
The 32-acre property atop Sulphur Mountain sold for $5 million cash to Social Betterment Properties International, a nonprofit that states its mission is to “develop and maintain buildings and other real estate utilized by social betterment organizations carrying out programs that utilize technology and methods developed by L. Ron Hubbard and that are associated with and supported by the Scientology religion.”
A phone call left at the nonprofit’s Los Angeles offices was not returned. It isn’t known what’s planned for the estate, which the Hagmans opened to the community, hosting politicians from either side of the aisle, charities, fundraisers, weekend getaways and Ojai Music Festival events.
The Hagmans moved to the home in 1991 and while the sanctuary is isolated behind two electronically-monitored gates, they became an integral part of the local neighborhood.
Larry Hagman died in November and his wife, Maj Hagman, has Alzheimer’s disease.
Their Realtor, Andrea Cope of Prudential California Realty’s Brentwood office, said the couple were discerning about selling the property.
“It took awhile emotionally to release the property,” she said. What they wanted was to sell to a buyer who was “going to love and make use of the place in the way that they could hope someone would because they called it Heaven.”
Maj Hagman built the stunning 23,000-square foot Tuscany-style house with its nine bedrooms, nine bathrooms, five fireplaces, three pools, a 28-foot ceiling with retractable roof, gym, creek and other amenities.
After Maj Hagman was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s the couple spent more time in Santa Monica and Hagman realized he had to sell Heaven. It took more than three years for him to separate himself from the estate, Cope said.
“That’s what had to happen before he could commit to selling the house,” she said.
It was originally listed for $6,495,000 and they did a price reduction, selling for $5 million cash in a quick escrow, Cope said. The sale closed March 5. In 1999 the property was valued at just under $3 million.
Social Betterment Properties International has received grants and renovated properties in use for combating literacy, improving morality and exposing “abusive and dangerous psychiatric practices,” according to a 2007 tax filing.
The nonprofit has also owned property in Oklahoma that’s been used for a controversial drug rehabilitation facility. According to The Tulsa World, the facility, Narconon International, uses non-drug paths to rehabilitation that focus on three activities: exercise, vitamins and sauna sessions. Several deaths have been related to the facility, which has been sued and investigated by Oklahoma state officials, according to The World.

Scientology's Narconon Under Fire From Within
A former Narconon exec accuses it of preying on the vulnerable and offering non-existent treatment.
The Scientology-affiliated rehab Narconon continues to come under fire. Its flagship location in Oklahoma has hadseven patient deaths since 2005, three of them between November 2011 and July 2012. An exposé last August on NBC show Rock Center with Brian Williams investigated the three most recent deaths; tonight the same show features the former president of the facility and a former executive at a Narconon facility in Michigan accusing Narconon organizations across the country of engaging innon-existent treatment and deceitful marketing techniques. "Narconon preys on vulnerable people. That's part of the sales techniques," says Lucas Catton, who stepped down as President of Narconon's Arrowhead facility in Oklahoma in 2004.
Catton and his former colleague Eric Tonorio accuse Narconon of hiring recent college graduates to be counselors, without any formal drug treatment training or instruction on how to treat patients addicted to drugs and alcohol. The rehabs reportedly spends thousands of dollars on "Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor" certificates for its staff from an organization called the Pita Group, Inc., which was created by Kent McGregor, a contractor for Narconon’s Arrowhead facility. Both Tenorio and Catton now describe Narconon's methods of treatment—such as spending five hours per day in a sauna for 30 straight days—as "pseudo-science." Both men arrived at Narconon as patients in the mid-'90s and eventually became Scientologists, at one point crediting the program with helping them get sober.
Narconon Arrowhead CEO Gary Smith has sent an email to NBC News that denied Tenorio and Catton's accusations, claiming that only a small percentage of Narconon patients join Scientology and that only 25% of staff are Scientologists. He also provided a 2011 statement from Catton that thanked the facility for saving his life, while the Church of Scientology released video statements made by Tenorio in 2008 and Catton in 2009 thanking Narconon for turning their lives around. Despite that, Catton maintains, "Everything [at Narconon] was dedicated toward the purpose of advancing Scientology's aims."

The grinning actor donned an apron to help one of Taiwan's top dim sum chefs make dumplings.
Tom looked thrilled to be involved in the tricky process, and eagerly rolled up the small pastry parcels under the watchful eyes of Yang Chi-hua, the proprietor of Din Tai Fung.

As well as dim sum, the popular restaurant is famed for its chicken soup, seaweed, bean sprouts, and mung bean noodle xiaochi, which is a kind of street food snack.
Perhaps Tom was hoping if he did a good enough job that the local government would offer him a special certificate declaring him of Taiwanese origin.
Just days ago this actually happened while he was in Dublin for the Irish premiere of Oblivion.

Earlier in the day he was cooking dumplings, but now Tom Cruise flexed his action hero muscles to break the ice at the Taiwanese premiere of Oblivion... literally.
The movie star was joined onstage by beautiful co-star Olga Kurylenko, where the pair were given a mallet each to go to town on some 'O' shaped ice sculptures.
With wide smiles on their faces, it was clear Tom and Olga were having a smashing time.

Oblivion's director Joseph Kosinski also took up a hammer, taking aim at the frozen sculptures with reserved delight.
But even though Tom wore sunglasses, he couldn't hide the enjoyment on his famous face.
Handling the steel weapon as though it was Mjölnir, the actor bludgeoned the ice with all the thundering power of Thor.

But while Tom looked laid back in a simple black jacket, jumper and jeans, his French co-star looked positively majestic.
Olga stood out in a varnished mahogany and gold mini-dress, that looked as futuristic as the movie she was promoting.
